Naudia D. Cartmell is the epitome of what any woman can achieve when she releases, reclaims, and rises over and over again. As a three-time Amazon Best-Selling author, a commander in the United States Armed Forces, entrepreneur, Reiki Master practitioner, spiritual advisor, wife, and mother, Naudia’s life embodies the power of resilience, leadership, and self-authenticity. She is the creator of AwakenHER Journeys, a movement designed to guide women to their highest selves.

Naudia’s mission is simple yet profound: to serve as a mirror for women, guiding them to reconnect with their truth and divine power. Through every journey she’s embarked on, Naudia has led by example—proving that with unwavering faith, commitment, and surrender to self, any woman can rise from her challenges and live her purpose.

With four degrees, including a Master’s from Trevecca Nazarene University, Naudia’s excellence in education, military service, and leadership is unmatched. She has ascended to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and made history by becoming the first-ever commander for the Recruiting and Retention Squadron in the Tennessee Air National Guard.

Her personal transformation began in 2011 when she courageously broke free from years of systemic programming, generational beliefs, and habitual cycles. This moment of awakening led to an authentic, powerful relationship with God, transcending religion and external opinions. What followed was a fusion of spiritual and physical disciplines, resulting in a life of profound freedom, clarity, and divine connection.

In 2016, Naudia shared her powerful testimony, "The Cage", at her inaugural sold-out event, inspiring many to embrace their own transformation. This experience led her to create AwakenHER Journeys, where women can embark on a path of inner truth, divine power, and liberation. Naudia’s mission is to guide women through this process, offering them the tools and support they need to release what no longer serves them, reclaim their authentic power, and rise into their most empowered selves.
